Silence the Shame

Sponsor. The voting contest is sponsored by The Same House, PBC (“The Same House”), a Georgia public benefit corporation with a business address at 931 Monroe Drive NE, Suite A- 102 PMB 282, Atlanta, Georgia 30308, USA.

Eligibility to Vote. You must be 18 years or older and physically located in the United States, excluding United States territories, to vote. By voting, you expressly represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Vote. The first voting period runs from February 23, 2025 to March 9, 2025 (“First Voting Period”). The second voting period runs from April 27th to May 11th, 2025 (“Second Voting Period”). The third voting period runs from June 29th to July 13th, 2025 (“Third Voting Period”). Each voting period shall end at 11:59 PM EST on the last day of that voting period. You may only submit one vote per person each day within each Voting Period. Multiple entries by any one individual in any given day during any Voting Period are void. The Same House will not consider incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, late, or otherwise non-conforming votes or votes that are intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person or entity in any way. Further, votes generated by macro, script, or other automated means are void.

Donation Winner. For each Voting period, there shall be three organizations eligible for votes. There shall be one Beloved Beacon winner (the “Winner”) per Voting period. The Winner shall be the organization that received the most votes at the close of their respective Voting period. The Winner of each Voting period will receive a donation in the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) from The Same House. The organizations who did not receive the most votes shall each receive ten thousand dollars ($10,000) from The Same House. The Winner of the First Voting Period will be officially announced on March 12th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Winner of the Second Voting Period will be officially announced on May 13th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Winner of the Third Voting Period will be officially announced on July 15th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Official announcements shall appear on The Same House Instagram account @wearethesamehouse and posted to this webpage. The Winner will receive the donation within eight (8) weeks of its official announcement. The payment method of the donation shall be at the discretion of The Same House.

Privacy. To vote you must submit certain personal information including your first name, last name, email, and phone number. By voting you consent to the collection and use of this data by The Same House. The Same House will not disclose any of your personal information to any non-affiliated third party. The Same House will retain your personal information only so long as to fulfill our business purposes and/or comply with applicable law. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are a minor, please do not vote or give us any personal information. Choice of Law/Jurisdiction. These voting terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
